Radio Day celebrations on 13th Feb 2023 by Pune Hams VU2RCP

Pune Hams Thank AIR Pune for approving our proposal of Radio Day celebrations on 13th Feb 23 in AIR Pune Auditorium.

The event timings will be from 4:00 PM to 6:30PM

The programme will be open to All. Suitable publicity and media plan will be made by AIR Pune

Suitable announcements will be made from Time to Time on AIR Pune

AIR Pune will pre-record speeches in first week of Feb 2023 of three Pune Ham members.

The theme for the 12th edition of the World Radio Day, to be celebrated on 13 February 2023, is “Radio and Peace”.

Pune Hams VU2RCP along with AIR Pune & Tech Forum will celebrate World Radio Day on Monday 13th February

The venue is All India Radio Pune’s Shivaji Nagar Auditoriun.

The timings will be from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

04:25PM : Presentation on Radio Day theme “Radio and Peace” by Vishwas Kale

05:05PM : Quiz Contest by Deepali Akolkar

05:35PM : Price Distribution for contest winners

05:40PM : Vote of Thanks & High Tea

06:00PM : Visit to Display of 50 Vintage Radios by Mr Shreepad Kulkarni Pune , Satish Patil Jalgaon & Dilip Bapat Alibag

06:30PM : Closing the session.

25 AIR Pune staff will attend the program. There will be 25 participants from Tech Forum and Pune Hams VU2RCP. Rest will be invited listeners.

Auditorium is very well equipped

with Audio Visual aids including LCD Projector having capacity of 150 people

Suitable arrangement will be made for Vintage Radio Display.
