India’s National Space Day was observed by Pune Hams VU2RCP on August 22/23 to commemorate the Chandrayaan-3 lunar landing. Pune Hams (VU2RCP) in association with ADYPU & JSPM Universities participated in celebrations on grand scale at MIT WPU Kothrud campus in Pune. Five Senior Hams and Five Junior Hams from VU2DYP Club of ADYPU with 5 SWLs from JSPM University participated in the event.
The Cosmos Ham & Astronomy club MiT WPU was the host for this event.

The following presentations and Demos were given to the gatherings:
- What is Ham Radio by Ranga VU3IZK
- VU34HN OM Harman and his ADYPU Ham Club VU2DYP Team presented on Yagi Antenna making, Fox Hunt, HF/VHF/UHF Ham Radio operation & Receiving images from ISS
- JSPM University Students presented about their prospective CubeSat Project and Receiving system
- HF Radio operation, UHF Repeater operation Live Demo by OM Ranga & Hitesh
The event received very good response from student community
